Event support
Reliable support, wherever it’s needed
Live events are all about teamwork, timing and being able to adapt. With experience across different areas of live production, I provide practical, hands-on support wherever a production needs it.
As a Stagehand, Site Crew, Artist Host and Road Manager, I’m comfortable working both behind the scenes and directly with artists and production teams. I can assist with backline, lighting and sound, support load-ins and load-outs, help keep a site running smoothly, or take care of artist transport, schedules and day-to-day coordination.
Certifications

about
About Just Wieb
My name is Lars Bezemer, a freelance photographer, videographer, stagehand and site crew professional working under the name Just Wieb.
What started as a hobby gradually grew into a passion, and eventually into a versatile career within the creative and technical world of live entertainment. Today, my work moves between photography, video, production and everything that happens behind the scenes to make an event come together.
From nature to the stage
My journey began in 2013 with nature and wildlife photography. Almost every weekend, I would head outdoors in search of that perfect moment — learning to observe, anticipate and tell stories through photographs.
During this period, I was also actively involved with my own photography group, Unique Nature. Being part of that community gave me the opportunity to develop my photography while sharing my passion with others.
Photography quickly became more than just a hobby. It became a way of capturing moments, telling stories and giving people a different perspective on the world around them.
In 2017, I discovered concert photography, and a completely new world opened up. My passion for music and photography came together in the energy of stages, venues and festivals.
One of the highlights of this period was touring with the Australian metal band From Crisis To Collapse. Being on the road and working in a live environment pushed my photography to another level and showed me just how much I enjoyed being part of the world behind the performance.
From photography to video
When the COVID-19 pandemic brought live entertainment to a standstill, I joined a film collective formed by stage technicians. Together, we worked to keep live music alive through professional livestreams and concert registrations.
Although I had already worked on video projects before, this was the moment when I really developed a solid foundation in videography and live production.
Our work during this period also received recognition within the Dutch live entertainment industry. The collective was nominated for an IJzeren Podiumdier for Best COVID-19 Initiative, recognizing initiatives that helped support and keep the live event sector moving during the pandemic.
It also reinforced something that has remained central to my work ever since: I enjoy being part of a team and understanding not only what happens in front of the camera, but also everything that makes it possible behind the scenes.
Stagehand Plus
My work as a stagehand and site crew professional developed naturally from years of working alongside stage technicians and production crews.
Today, I regularly work at major Dutch festivals including Pinkpop, Lowlands, North Sea Jazz and Down The Rabbit Hole, as well as at venues such as Poppodium Patronaat, Caprera Openluchttheater, Johan Cruijff ArenA Amsterdam and GelreDome.
But I see my role as more than that of a traditional stagehand.
I provide support across different areas of a production — assisting backline, lighting and sound crews, working as part of the site crew, and helping with artist transport and guidance. I like to describe this as Stagehand Plus: technically skilled, adaptable, hands-on, and always keeping an eye on the bigger picture.
Whether I'm helping build a production, assisting a technical crew, solving something on site, working alongside an artist, or capturing the event through a camera, I enjoy being where creativity and technical production meet.
More than music
Looking for an all-round photographer or videographer?
While much of my portfolio focuses on music and live entertainment, my work extends well beyond the music industry. I am available for events, productions, promotional content, photography and video projects.
And I don't work alone.
Over the years, I've built a broad professional network of photographers, videographers, lighting and sound technicians, stagehands and production specialists. This allows me to put together the right team for a project — from a small-scale assignment to a large production.
Whatever the size or scope, the goal remains the same: find the right people, make it happen, and deliver work I'm proud of.
Prints that deserve to be seen
Photography doesn't have to stay on a screen.
I also offer high-quality photo printing up to A3+ format, from affordable premium prints to fine art prints on museum-grade paper.
Because when a photograph matters to you, it deserves more than a hard drive or a social media feed. It deserves to be seen.
